Project involves the construction of
a new interchange. Work involves the construction of a new railway
bridge and four highway bridges. Construction includes grading,
drainage, granular base, hot mix paving, illumination, signals,
roadway resurfacing & roadside safety improvements.
Work is staged over the course of four years.
