In
the north east quadrant of the Highway 400 and
Essa Road Interchange the MTO has constructed a
commuter parking lot. Work included grading,
drainage, hot mix paving, concrete curb and
gutter, signalization, and the only high mast
light pole between Toronto and Orillia.
