Highway 400 Resurfacing | Barrie This project involved the milling and resurfacing of Highway 400 from Essa Road to north of Duckworth Street through the city of Barrie. Due to high traffic volumes work was completed predominantly during the evening hours. Other aspects of the project included interchange reconstruction at Essa Road and Dunlop Street, replacement of ground mounted and overhead signs, and safety improvements to guiderail installations.
